Chris hung out listening to the music while I checked out some of the shops there in that tiny square. From there we walked to other nearby shops in and around Historic Old Town, and found one boasting the 'largest collection in the world' of hot air balloon gifts/souvenirs. We had already decided we just had to have one of the hot-air-balloon-shaped spinners like the one we had seen hanging from one of the coaches camped near us. And this shop had them! I also bought a beautiful cloisonné hot air balloon Christmas ornament, a pair of balloon earrings, and a balloon pin (I thought it was a refrigerator magnet—I may turn it into one) with tiny little flashing LED lights in it. And Chris bought a t-shirt embellished with hot air balloons and southwest symbols.
